Freelance Pipeline Tracker

Four stages, one screen. Small enough that you will actually keep it up to date, which is the only thing that makes a pipeline useful.

Why it's this small

Most freelance CRMs die of maintenance. Fields nobody fills in, stages nobody moves, and a tool that becomes another thing to feel guilty about. Four stages and a number is the least you can track and still see the truth: whether the top of the pipeline is full enough that losing any one deal is uninteresting.

Everything stays in your browser. Export to CSV whenever you want a copy — that is the only way data leaves this page, and you have to press the button.

Quick answers

Is there a free CRM for freelancers?
This is one. Four stages, a value per deal, and a running total — no account, no trial, no seat pricing. It is deliberately small: most freelance CRMs fail because they ask for more maintenance than the pipeline is worth.
Where is my pipeline data stored?
In your browser's local storage, on your device. It is never sent anywhere and we cannot see it. That also means clearing your browser data clears the tracker, so export to CSV if you need a copy.
What are the four pipeline stages?
Leads in, pitched, in contract, paid. Every guide and tool on this site belongs to one of those four stages, which is the whole model: keep the top full and the rest follows.
How many leads should be in my pipeline?
Enough that losing any single one is uninteresting. The income goal planner works out the specific weekly number from your goal, average project value and win rate.
